Military Family Housing Management and Maintenance
DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance and Repair of Military Family Housing: Field Support Services, Inc. maintains 600 military family houses, 12 playgrounds, adjacent common areas and the majority of tenant yards for a total of 1,903,253 square feet of grounds. We provide maintenance and repair twenty four hours a day seven days a week equating to an average workload requirement of just under 4,200 maintenance calls and over 360 Change of Occupancy (COM) Maintenance Orders annually. We have satisfactorily completed as many 20 COM’s in one day. FSSI also operates a self help store for the maintenance of the homes and grounds.
We have established a stand alone full functioning purchasing, receiving, invoicing and warehouse operation that manages over 523 line items. Field Support Service performs these tasks with approximately 16 employees and 13 vehicles.
